Data deletion instructions

You can disconnect your accounts yourself at any time, and you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you.

Option 1: Disconnect in the app

In Personafy AI Studio, open Platforms & Publishing and choose Disconnect on the account. The app asks the platform to revoke access where supported and deletes the stored token.

Option 2: Remove access on the platform

• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → Revoke access.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services → remove Personafy AI Studio.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) → remove Personafy AI Studio.

Option 3: Ask us to delete your data

1. Email hello@personafyaistudio.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Tell us which platform account(s) you connected (for example, your @username).
3. We will delete the stored access tokens, the profile information we retrieved from the platform, and the content associated with your account, then confirm by email, normally within 30 days.

Posts already published on X, TikTok or Instagram live on those platforms, so delete them there if you want them removed.
