These terms govern your use of Personafy AI Studio ("the app", "we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What the app is
Personafy AI Studio is a tool for creating and managing AI-generated influencer content and publishing it to X, TikTok and Instagram from accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your account and connections
You may connect only accounts you own or have permission to operate. You are responsible for activity under your connected accounts and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Platform rules
You must follow the terms, community guidelines and developer policies of X, TikTok, Instagram and Meta, and any AI-service provider you use. Platforms may limit, remove or restrict content or accounts; we are not responsible for their decisions.
AI-generated content and disclosure
Content made with the app is AI-generated. You must not present AI personas as real people, and you agree to disclose AI-generated content as required by law and by each platform, using the platform's labeling tools where offered. You must not use the app to impersonate real individuals, to deceive people about who or what is posting, or to produce content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes others' rights.
Your content
You keep your rights in the content you create. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload and that your content does not violate the law or anyone's rights. You approve every post before it is published and are responsible for what is posted.
Costs
AI generation services and some platform actions have costs charged by those providers to your own accounts or credits. The app shows estimates, which may differ from the final charge. You are responsible for those charges.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as is and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend use that breaks these terms.
No warranty and limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or platform actions against your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled and how to request deletion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date of a change means you accept it.
