Privacy Policy
Personafy AI Studio ("we", "the app") is a tool for creating and managing AI-generated influencer content and publishing it to X, TikTok and Instagram on your behalf. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is stored, and how you can have it deleted. Questions: hello@personafyaistudio.com.
What we access
When you connect an account, you sign in on the platform's own page and choose what to allow. We never see your platform password. Depending on the platform and what you allow, the app accesses:

We also handle the content you create in the app: persona descriptions, images, videos, captions and scheduling choices. We do not access private messages, your followers' personal information, or any account you have not connected.
How we use it
Only to provide the features you ask for: confirming which account is connected, publishing the posts you approve, checking whether a post went through, and showing you the results. We do not use platform data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
How it is stored
Your content, persona data and settings are stored on the computer or server where the app runs for you. Platform access tokens are stored encrypted, bound to your account and the specific connection, and the encryption key is kept separately from the stored data. Tokens are never written to logs or shown in the app. Access is limited to you, the account owner.
Content you generate may be processed by third-party AI service providers (for example image and video generation services) only to produce what you request. Those providers are not given your platform tokens.
Sharing, and never selling
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is shared only with (a) the platform you chose to publish to, as needed to publish what you approved; (b) AI generation providers, limited to the prompts and media needed for your request; and (c) where required by law.
Retention and your control
We keep data for as long as your account is connected and you use the app. You can disconnect any platform at any time in the app: this asks the platform to revoke the token (where the platform supports it) and removes the stored token from the app. You can also revoke access from inside X, TikTok or Instagram settings at any time.
Requesting deletion
To have your data deleted, email hello@personafyaistudio.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the platform account(s) concerned. We will delete the stored tokens, platform profile data and content associated with your account and confirm by email, normally within 30 days. Full steps are on the data deletion page. Posts already published on a platform are on that platform; delete them there.
AI-generated content
Content created with the app is AI-generated. We label published posts as AI-generated using each platform's disclosure tools where available.
Children
The app is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We use encryption for stored tokens and limit access to the account owner. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change, and for material changes we will notify connected users by email.
